This is the perfect basecamp for folks looking for a few nights or extended stay in the heart of the Cannery District, walking distance to historic downtown Bozeman. The spacious 4 bed/2 bath Victorian home sits on 2.5 city lots on a dead end street flanked by mature lilac bushes, maximizing privacy. The back patio boasts a private seating area, perfect for relaxing after an active day. Coffee shops, breweries and a live music recording studio are just blocks away.
Welcome to your home away from home! We are located just off Rouse, the highway to Bridger Bowl Ski Area. With free off-street parking, arriving and rolling in your suitcases is a breeze. The entry way has a small landing area for shoes, coats and outdoor recreational gear. The main floor has original white birch flooring and large windows making the space bright and cheery. The living room has ample couches, a 55-inch smart TV and a gas fireplace to stay toasty on chilly nights. There is one queen bedroom on the main level just off the dining room. The fully stocked kitchen has honey glazed cabinets and everything you need for cooking meals at home. There is one full bathroom with a clawfoot tub/shower off of the kitchen. Continuing on is the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer with a back door to the patio with the BBQ grill and manicured lawn with horseshoes and an outdoor dining area.
Upstairs hosts three bedrooms and one full bathroom. There are two queen rooms and one double twin room with a mural painting of a lighthouse overlooking the ocean by a local Bozeman artist. The master queen bedroom has a double glass door with a small balcony for enjoying Montana evenings.
