This home has been completely remodeled with brand new upscale appliances and open concept where everyone can spend time together in the same area. The master suite is one only one can imagine with a Temperpedic King bed which you can melt away in with a Futon for those extra guests or kids that may need a space to sleep. The second bedroom has a Queen Simmons Beauty rest pillowtop mattress which feels like a cloud and will make your vacation even more enjoyable. The third bedroom has 4 plush memory foam beds that the kids will enjoy a dream sleepover. The home also has 2 bathrooms equipped with 2 walk-in showers and a soaking tub. The couch transforms into an additional sleeping space for spacious sleeping for 2 adults or 4 kids. All bed and bath linens are supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a large dining table seating 8 and a breakfast nook that seats 4. The home is equipped with 4 flat screen tv's and excellent unlimited wifi for your enjoyment when you are not enjoying the outdoors.
When you are taking advantage of the outdoors at this home there is a front porch that stretches the length of the house and a great back porch with access from all glass sliding doors from the living space or private exit from the master. The downstairs porch also offers a large outdoor table seating six and full size grill. One of the best parts of the property is the beautiful private chlorine pool that your group can cool down and relax in. Its very peaceful from the front porch to watch the enchanting horses across the street. While outside this home you will truly feel like you are miles away from anything on over 3 acres of privacy when only a few minutes away from what Kerrville offers.
