Positive: The old world charm is maintained thoroughly. Good renovation. Spacious and clean rooms.
Negative: The parking is on the street. The property is upstairs and the staircase is metal staircase.The caretaker didn't provide any assistance, didn't even offer to lift the luggages. Didn't bother to ask us if we need anything. When we mentioned the check out time as 5 am, he was standing literally just outside the door at 5 am. We said we need 10 minutes to vacate and he was just standing there. At the time of check-out, he came and inspected everything and counted the pillows etc. Someone who paid 22000 Rupees for two nights, are we looking like thieves? Toiletries aren't provided and he doesn't have the courtesy to offer to buy anything for us. And there is pest infestation in the kitchen with rat poop all around.
