Camera 1 is a video doorbell camera at the front door facing the entryway, camera 2 is on the front of the house facing the front yard, camera 3 is on the corner of the lot facing the adjacent property, camera 4 is on the back deck facing the backyard, and camera 5 is on the side of the house facing the river. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and audio when motion is detected or when the video doorbell button is pressed
- This 3-story cabin requires 3 steps to enter. While it features bedrooms and bathrooms on the 1st floor, interior stairs are required to access the additional sleeping areas located on the 2nd floor and in the basement
- The boat dock is available from June to September. Due to fluctuating water levels, the dock is not available from October to May
- The fireplace is currently under repair and not available for guest use
