Positive: Location, space & pool
Negative: Could not access or utilize space or promised items inside of the garage until the evening before we left. The garbage was left out front of the garage from previous vacationers. That really wasn't a problem. However, it was left in front of the garage, which you must walk past to enter or exit property, and by day 2 maggots were everywhere. I had to keep spraying them off with the garden hose.
