This charming waterfront home features four cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms that can accommodate over 16 guests comfortably (Additional fee will apply per guests after 14 guests). When you stay at our charming waterfront home in Prescott, Wisconsin, you'll have access to a wide range of amenities and activities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Here's a look at some of the things our guests have access to:
1. Smart lock, keyless entry access
2. Free parking (Do Not Park in front of the sign that says "No Parking" by garage)
3. (NOT AVAILABLE) Private Pontoon: When pontoon is available, a $600 deposit is required to reserve the pontoon. Once a deposit is made, it is reserved for you for the number of days you wish to use it for. Pontoon fee of $200 per day is taken from deposit, if 3 days or more are requested, a larger deposit is required to cover days of use. 3 days use=$800 deposit, 4 days use= $1000 deposit, etc. If pontoon is reserved for 1 day use, $400 will be returned from deposit so long as no new damages are found, and fuel tank is returned full.
4. Waterfront Fenced in Yard: Our spacious waterfront yard provides plenty of room for outdoor activities and relaxation. Lounge in our Adirondack chairs, gather around the fire pit for s'mores, or grill up some delicious BBQ on our charcoal grill.
5. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. You'll have access to all the appliances, cookware, and utensils you need to prepare a feast for your family and friends.
6. Entertainment: We provide plenty of entertainment options for our guests, including board games, TV to use your streaming services on, and high-speed internet.
7. Nearby Attractions: Our home is located just minutes away from a wide range of attractions, including Treasure Island Resort and Casino, Afton Alps Ski Resort, hiking trails, golf courses, wineries, and more.
