Positive: I love the privacy and mountain woods feel. The house is spacious and plenty of room for everyone.
Negative: Needs some lawn maintenance around the house. Lots of bugs and lots of chiggers. Not sure if anything can be done but that would keep me from coming back. Stove has I large burner out which we needed. Problem with figuring out how to get the hot water in the showers. Tubs no problem.
Summary: It was overall a pretty good stay with a few quirks.
