This is not a nightly or weekly rental, but our second home that we are opening up to a renter for the Holiday season. The home is meticulous and spotless - it is turnkey and a lovely place to stay. Located minutes from Miramar Outlets and a ton of shopping and dining/entertainment. A short drive to the beautiful Gulf Coast Beaches with the most amazing sunsets. Hop off the airplane in Ft Myers (RSW) and be there within 12 minutes. Golf, Golf, Golf and then relax by the state of the art swim center or BBQ not e patio on our brand new grill. Stoneybrook Golf Course in Estero, Florida is a magnificent championship golf course with a reputation for excellent greens and superb golf course conditions. This challenging par 72 course was designed by the widely renowned architects Jed Azinger, and Gordy Lewis. With seven sets of tees, Stoneybrook offers a golf course for everyone and is one of only 200 courses nationwide to be certified “BEGINNER FRIENDLY” by the National Golf Course Owners Association.
