Between the largest lake in France, LAKE CARCANS-MAUBUISSON and the ATLANTIC OCEAN.
The studio is independent, in a VERY QUIET detached house, located in the pine forest.
Terrace of full foot exposed WEST.
A 2-seater folding bed on the ground floor.
A mezzanine with 2 bunk beds.
The BEACHES of the LAKE, the shops of MAUBUISSON, the domain of BOMBANNES which offers sports activities and multiple leisure activities (UCPA, sailing school, water skiing, tennis, climbing, archery etc ...), are at 1.5 kilometers.
The immense fine sand BEACHES of the OCEAN (UCPA, surf school, kite surfing, etc.) are 3.5kilometers.
All these sites are accessible by pleasant SHADED BIKE PATHS. A bicycle rental is located 500 meters away. A bicycle garage is available.
The rates are "all inclusive" and are decreasing from the 2nd week in high season.

Summary: Pros: Très bon accueil et séjour agréable grâce à la situation géographique du logement : les trajets à vélo à Maubuisson pour les courses, à Carcans plage , au domaine de Bombannes, le lac...) sont assez rapides. Il est implanté dans les bois d'où le calme dont nous avons pu bénéficier Le logement est bien dimensionné et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour un couple , et surement pour un couple avec enfants.
