Summary: Walk in at check in they were confused on the number of nights. There was an elevator but no where near the lobby. Room was not cleaned our dog found a baggy and lighter under recliner. Not toiletries. Tv remote was behind the nightstand. The phone in the room was for decoration we assume because we couldn't get ahold of the front desk. House keeper was awesome, she gave us everything we asked for. Oh and they dont have DO NOT DISTURB signs
