Positive: The rooms are part of a house which has direct access to the sea with a tiny bay to get into the water. It's not your typical beach but if you want to just stay there and go for a swim, it's doeable. Reasonably equiped but I didn't check cooking equipment. Airoc worked well. If you like dogs, you might like engaging the guard dog, which is a very nice dog. But read my negative comment as well.
Negative: Definetelly end of season stay and that makes some issues understandable but then again the price should had been lower to reflect them. The rooms are an extension of the main builing with ceiling inclination. This makes the room very short and the doors dangerous. I bumped my head so many times. I'm 1.90m tall and I would say that some obstacles were well at the level of my forehead. The bed was bad. Really bad. Noisy and if one person would sit on one side, it almost fell that the mattress would push you out if you are on the other side. The shower/bathroom floor doesn't have an inclination to let the water flow to the drain. Also, the courtin setup guarantees a flood in the room, making the previous a big annoyance. There is a guard dog. I'm not a dog a person. I like watching them, they don't scare me but I'm not going to get excited with them and engage them. The dog was lonely, looked for company all the time and I really felt sorry for it. But the dog was a bit annoying because often we could sit outside the room and the dog was arguably dirty.
Summary: Short ceiling, badly made and very expensive for the offering.
