Summary: We were in El Paso for a wedding and really enjoyed our time in the city! This property's location is excellent for being near downtown, and the parking was incredibly convenient. We also had great nights of sleep because the beds were very comfortable. Courtney was a lovely host. very responsive and nice to deal with throughout our stay.However, we did run into several issues that made the stay difficult. There were some cleanliness concerns, like hair on the dining table/floors and gum left in the shower. We also encountered a few maintenance problems: multiple outlets didn't work, and there’s a small, unmarked step at the entrance that we tripped on several times. We also didn't have a TV remote at first, and when we got one, it didn't work, so we had to cast from our phones. We had a good trip overall, but the property just needs some deep cleaning and minor fixes to really match the high quality of the host's service.
