Summary: I am going to be totally honest in my review. First of all, working with Welkeys was a breeze and they were great. Nothing in my review is a reflection of them. However, the property was just OK. It seemed to be a college student's apartment...someone who was probably gone for the summer. The location is great. However, the bedroom space is very questionable...it could not sleep four unless they were tiny humans. Plus, the lofted bedroom gets NO airflow. Too hot (I realize the weather is out of the property's control) for two people upstairs. It is all glassed in except for one window that can be opened out into the living area about six inches. Plus the ceiling height in only about 5 feet tall. It was so hot with no airflow so we opened the windows, which didn't bother me because I love fresh air, but it was a little scary sleeping at night because this is a first floor apartment and someone could easily pull a garbage can over from the street and climb in. I did not sleep well but we were dying without having the window (only one) open. I just think this listing needs to be a bit more forthcoming. I took photos of dirty lamp (huge coating of dust on top), plus lights that did not work (burned out bulbs perhaps?) shower drained slowly and one sink didn't really work because stopper was plugged. There was a bowl underneath the pipe so maybe they had a leak at one time. Luckily two sinks, so we washed our hands and brushed our teeth in that one. No more space to write,
