Positive: We strongly recomend the apartment. The landlord Amaury and host Elena were very helpful and kind; the communication with they before and during our stay was exceptional. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, very well equipped and very clean, with two bathroons which is nice to have. The location is great, very close to the beach, the promenade and the old town, with a lot of restaurants, shops around. Is a perfect place to stay in the heart of nice!.
Negative: Nothing, everything was perfect.
Summary: Exceptional. Super comfortable apartment in the hearth of Nice; wonderful hosts. Very recomended.
