This AMAZING Home is Perfect for Large Groups & Friend/Family Reunions!
This gorgeous eight bedroom and three and a half bathroom home is designed to perfection. We welcome you, your family & friends!
Newly remodeled as of summer of 2019! This 3764 square foot home features an open concept great room and chef's kitchen with double sinks, 6 burner gas range, 9' island. Enormous 14 foot farm house dining room table with seating for 16. Second den/kids area (aka the tee-pee room). Designated laundry room with double set of washer and dryer to accommodate large groups. Wireless internet and Amazon fire TV's. Central Air. Beautiful and large back yard with impressive outdoor dining area with grill.
Located in the cozy Mettatuxet neighborhood you will find this home sits on a half acre abutting Chaffee Conservation Land. Drop into nearby Narrow River (connecting to Narragansett Beach) for paddle boarding, kayaking, boating. You are welcome to bring your own water sport gear or you can rent gear from a local rental company. In this neighborhood you will also find a playground with a basketball court.
Many fond memories will be made in this fabulous vacation home! And keep you visiting year after year!
Entire Place
**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.

Summary: We had a wonderful week in this lovely vacation home! It was a family vacation which included my husband and I, our three children and two son-in-laws and four grandchildren (5 and under). The house easily accommodated all of us. We arrived to find a very thoughtful (and practical) welcome gift. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals, with ample dishes and utensils for a large group. The dining room had a table that easily accommodated us all, complete with a high chair. The second refrigerator and two washers and dryers were also great perks. The large private yard was perfect for games and family fun. There were several dining table outside as well, which we utilized for outside dining. The children loved showering outside and we all appreciated that convenience. The outside gas grill was also a plus. As the passes to the local town beach were no longer available this season, we obtained two RI state beach passes prior to our stay (senior pass was only $30!) and drove to Scarborough Beach every day (about 7 miles away) which was a gorgeous beach. All in all, this house was a wonderful spot for our family vacation.
