This beautiful and spacious open floor plan (over 2100 sq ft)offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The fully stocked kitchen includes a gas range, and everything necessary to prepare meals for the entire family. Dining table features seating for six, as well as four additional island barstools. Keurig coffee maker, along with every appliance, small or large, that you could need. The family room is open to the kitchen and has a wall of glass open to the stunning private pool. Laundry room includes full sized washer & dryer.
The primary suite includes a king bed, walk in closet, large shower and double sinks with separate vanities. Bedroom number two has a comfy queen bed and shares a Jack & Jill style bathroom with bedroom three (each having it's own vanity area and sink). The third bedroom doubles as an office/bedroom with a queen size murphy bed.
Enjoy the gorgeous backyard and take a dip in the crystal clear pool. You'll love cooking in the amazing outdoor kitchen with the gas grill, outdoor stove, and built in drink cooler. Four barstools surround the outdoor kitchen. This is the perfect yard for entertaining or relaxing on two chase lounge chairs and six oversized club chairs in front of the fire table and tv.
