Summary: The area is safe and conveniently located to everything you need for a good vacation. We had a nice time watching the lighted boat parade and fireworks from the rooftop. The condo pool is fantastic after a day of exploring. The house has a lot of stairs and areas to spread out for a larger group. We enjoyed our stay and the owner and manager were very friendly and helpful.
