This wonderfully situated home allows for 180 degree views of the ocean, city, harbor and Channel Islands from almost every room. Welcome the mornings with beautifully hued sunrises and end the day with stunningly colored sunsets.
~ The chef's kitchen has a large gas range, French door refrigerator, porcelain sink, marble countertops and a peninsula breakfast bar. The open living room, dining room and kitchen area flows to scenic outdoor decks, with a hot tub and gas BBQ, that offer stunning views of the ocean and overlook a large garden. A perfect location for a family or group that loves to entertain, or those who just enjoy the stunning Santa Barbara scenery and weather.
~ Approximately 2800 sq. ft, with hardwood floors throughout, the upper floor of this bi-level home hosts the main living areas, plus four bedrooms and two bathrooms - Bedroom #1 (California King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and stand alone tub). Bedroom #2 (Queen bed). Bedroom #3 (Double bed). Bedroom #4 (Queen bed). The lower level, which also offers views from every room, has a media room with a large screen TV, a game area with foosball and basketball-hoops games, a third bathroom and Bedroom #5 (Queen bed).
