This condo has a large terrace with a grill – enjoy a perfect barbecue with friends/family while overlooking vast blue ocean of Rosarito in the comfort of your own space. Located on a secluded, clean, white-sand beach that stretches for miles. The full ocean view can also be enjoyed from our living room, dining room, and master bedroom. Our condo is located on the second floor in a high-rise building with guard gated entry and 24-hour security & underground parking. Very easy access to the freeway, one mile away from the town center, food, shopping center (Super Walmart, Home Depot, clothing, etc.), and entertainment.
