Farmhouse meets chic in this beautifully remodeled townhouse. Perfectly located in Central Phoenix, this home is surrounded by delicious local eateries, coffee shops and bars. Interested in shopping, the Biltmore is only 2 miles down the road. Downtown Phoenix is 5 miles south and Old Town Scottsdale is just 8 miles east. If you want to venture outside there are many hiking trails and parks in the area. However, you can always stay close to home and relax by the pool just outside the back patio.
The space
This home is single level with no stairs. There is a two car carport. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals!

We have a two car garage on-site that is available to guests. There is a keypad on the exterior that uses the same code as the one you are given for the front door. Please note that the garage has a low clearance and some full-size SUV’s or trucks may not clear the garage door. Consider this if you’ll be renting a car as well.
The community only has 13 visitor parking spots and residents are strict to make sure only visitors park in these. Vehicle parking should only be in the two spaces in the garage. Visitor parking spaces next to the unit should only be used on a short-term basis if you will have visitors during your stay.
