Positive: I got concerned walking down the long drab and dirty hallway, but was then positively surprised by the clean, modern and nice apartment. Interior is spartan but has everything you need. Large rooms. Apartment building overall feels nice and secure.
Negative: This place is ideal if you don't have car, close to metro and lots of scooters/bikes. There is plenty of street parking for cars, but trying to load/unload is practically impossible unless you have multiple adults playing relay: Upon leaving, I pulled up with the car and walked to the lobby door to call the kids waiting inside with the suit cases - and a tow truck who had waited already pulled up within 10 seconds of me stopping ther car. Do take their warning seriously, and if you're by yourself, there is no way to unload your car in front of the building, park down the street and carry your suitcases in. And while they offer a parking pass for a fee, you essentially have to pay for street parking while getting and returning the pass to the apartment. We also did not use the pool due to the excessive undisclosed fees (~$20/person/day, so $160 for a family of four for the weekend?) There is a public pool 5min away; kids were disappointed though.
