Positive: The place has really great vibes; the location is something I was looking for (very remote, in nature) and the house itself has a nice feeling inside. It's really, really clean - you can definitely tell the place is being taken care of. Also it's nice touch with the free of charge option of having a sensorial walk on pebbles in a freezing spring water. Option of asking for a breakfast is also something I do appreciate, but now I know you better tell it upfront :)
Negative: I was a bit surprised that description doesn't stand to reality and our private toilet was in fact on the corridor, accessible to all other rooms (which had their private bathrooms). I specifically took the biggest (and you guess it, most expensive) room thinking that this will secure such a facility. Also, we had one restless night due to barking dogs - the owner says it doesn't happen too often but if you're looking for a great relaxation stay in nature (which obviously you do) you need to prepare there's a risk of loud barking under your window.
