Positive: The apartment is clean, spacious and cool, large comfortable bedrooms with a bathroom each, great kitchen facilities and secure in a well maintained building located walking distance to Alhambra, Granada Cathedral and shops, with plenty of neighbourhood cafes nearby. The access is at 3pm sharp which we didn’t realise but we were helped by our contact to navigate the code access which we appreciated very much.
Negative: The only issue we had was the very loud noise from the floor above- chairs scraped on the floor during the night and early morning. Your instructions ask for guests to respect others and be quiet. If the floor above is also managed accommodation, perhaps sticky pads could be put on the bottom of chairs? It was a beautiful apartment though and we thank you for helping us with the early access.
