Parker's location is perfect. Minutes from downtown and the Bellevue Mansions and close to Easton's beach & the famous Newport Cliff Walk. This 5 BR 3.5 BA includes two first floor suites and offers a large kitchen with separate (8) person dining area. There are 2 more large BRs on the 2nd floor that share a Full Bath. The house has AC and Wifi along with a good size family area with large screen TV. The outside has an outdoor shower which is perfect after a day at the beach as well as a large deck with (8) person dining table/umbrella & grille and a patio with a gas (propane) fire unit. There are 6 off-street parking spots and a large shed to store all of your beach equipment.

Summary: Beautifully renovated and decorated home in truly the best possible location to visit Newport. Lovely backyard and patio with gorgeous landscaping and full of birds and bunnies. Responsive, kind, thoughtful hosts. Anyone should be so lucky to stay here. Just note for summer that the ACs are room ACs in the bedrooms only, not in the kitchen/living room/bathrooms. These rooms face north and are shady, and we were there in June, so it wasn’t much of an issue for us, but FYI.
