Summary: We split our trip up into 3 areas, this is where we stayed on the East shore portion of our trip. It is within walking distance of a little shopping mall, and just down the road from several eating establishments and food trucks. There is a beach very close to the property but it’s not super swim friendly. Several beach chairs out there providing places to sit/lay to watch the sunrise.Our only complaint was no parking after we went to a luau, and we got a written warning for parking on the street.The condo is very nice, was clean and comes with some very handy beach equipment for use (beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc) there is also a very nice garden area between the buildings, free ice machine, and laundry area on site, but we didn’t use it.Sharon at Premier Kauai was great, and super helpful, and the owner of this condo has an adjacent one as well which may be super helpful for multiple parties visiting together.Also, don’t forget to sign the guest book!
