Summary: We had a good time staying at this VRBO. We chose it for its central location and beach views, which didn't disappoint. The property manager was very responsive and the listing is pretty accurate. This VRBO is essentially a hotel room in terms of size and layout, as well as building setup. Just know that you might hear doors close, water moving in pipes, toilets, outside guests, etc. Roosters are a thing on Kauai and they are a thing here, starting at 5am, not sure that will change anywhere you stay on-island. We used ear plugs, but we sleep light.Parking can be a struggle after 7pm and you may have to park on the street. We found the area to have so many conveniences that it made up for the perceived shortcomings in our eyes. There is a grocery store a short walk away, great path outside with restaurants nearby, easy highway access and central location to drive north or south. Decent stay for the price. There is a pool and the grounds are well kept. Great sunrises from this property as well. We won't frequent this VRBO in the future, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't.
