THIS IS A SHORT TERM RENTAL JUST FOR THE SUMMER. Must rent for at least 32 days. Ideally someone would rent it for the entire time. Great, quiet neighborhood. Fully furnished. All kitchen appliances less than a year old. Carpet was installed less than a year ago. Fireplace. Part of an HOA with a pool. 2 car garage. Barbeque. Washer and dryer in garage. Peloton. Fireplace. WiFi. Walk in closet in master bedroom. HOA takes care of front yard. We live elsewhere in the summer and are looking to ideally rent to one family for the entire summer. Rental can begin May 31 and would ideally run until August 18. We will move all clutter and clothing out of the house. You also have to pay PG&E and water bills. I will pay garbage and internet and HOA dues.
