Set on the second floor, nestled beside a rolling hill, this sun filled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with oversized balcony, showcases sweeping views from not only the balcony, but also the kitchen, dining and lounge area. Both bedrooms open via double doors out to the balcony garden with fruit trees and palms, and each bedroom has its own full bathroom. With 2 tvs/ washer/dryer/aircon/ceiling fans/full kitchen and open plan living/dining/kitchen area, you will want for nothing. Apartment has been fully renovated, including brand new bathrooms, and all new furniture/bedding/kitchen ware. Facelift complete! The apartment has a stunning private pool with sun loungers, bathroom and views, a few meters away from the apartment, which is shared by only the small Linaria community. The surrounding grounds of Valle del Este will not disappoint, whether taking advantage of the spectacular golf course, or having a luxury spa treatment by day, or sunset drinks beside the hotel pool. The onsite village with great bars and restaurants and a convenience store, is handy for guests who don't want to venture too far. Down the road, you can't miss Marau Beach Club, the fresh fish and red prawns of Garrucha port restaurants, and the fun vibe of Mojacar Playa with fabulous seaside restaurants and beach clubs lining the shore. You can't leave without a visit up the mountain to Mojacar, a stunning white washed hill top town, steeped in history, one of the oldest villages in Spain.
