Summary: The trip started on a low because the cleaning company had not come between previous guest leaving and us arriving. However, the host came in to apologise and fortunately the place had been left in an ok state but frustrating nevertheless.The host was communicative from the start and very helpful when we came across an issue with the door. Rushing over from her house to help us get it fixed. The location is 200m from a list and big enough for a family (a nice setup with the double room downstairs with the lounge to allow for sending the kids up to bed without having to retreat to bed yourselves).If the place had been cleaned, it would have been 5*s.
