This beautiful and comfortable terraced house, which is touched by the sunshine throughout the day, has 73sqm of living space, 200sqm of land and a beautiful landscaped garden.
The 30 square meter large terrace in front of the entrance offers plenty of space and has, as already mentioned, the sun all day. The unobstructed view of a lemon and orange plantation can be enjoyed from the cozy and equipped with a solid barbecue terrace at the back of the house. The holiday home itself is located in a quiet street of the Urban. La Laguna.
The ground floor has the living room, a dining area for 6 people, a small bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine, and an open American kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and the usual household helpers.
The first floor includes and bathroom with toilet and bath, as well as 2 bedrooms. One of them has a small balcony on which there is enough space for a table and two chairs. Thus, a small retreat is created here, without having to give up sun and heat.
On the second floor is the 3rd bedroom, which offers direct access to the sun terrace. Furthermore, there is a terrace overlooking the plantation on this floor.
The basement, where the underground car park is hidden, can be entered from the living room. Entrance to the underground car park is at the beginning of the street.
This quietly located house has two shared swimming pools with sunbathing area for free use. One of the pools is directly opposite the house, the other pool is about 150m away.
For those who like it more natural, the sea is only a few minutes walk away. Here you cross the pine forests for which the region is known.
For small purchases are in the neighborhood small kiosks, and pharmacies.
The nearest village Guardamar can be reached by car in less than 5 minutes. There you will find the usual supermarkets, markets for souvenirs and household goods, clothing, garden centers, and the weekly market.
