Positive: Clean and nice apartment with a great view from the balcony (after all, it is on the 5th floor). There are enough restaurants/bars, shops/supermarkets nearby. The owner is friendly, always ready to help. The beach is a bit far: 10 minutes by car, 30-40 minutes on foot...Regarding free parking - it's just a place near the house - if you arrive from the sea later, you won't be able to park your car near the house...
Negative: The main inconveniences are no shower curtain, it is difficult to take a shower without soaking the whole bathroom, some kitchen utensils would be nice (dish sponge, cleaning spray, kitchen towel), kitchen utensils also need to be reviewed (there are only large pots, not enough plates), broken table on the balcony.
