This home has been professionally designed and stocked to ensure a comfortable stylish stay. This home is situated in a gated community in the heart of Indio California. Something for everyone: Relax in the spool while taking in the beautiful sunsets on the lake, roast marshmallows on the lake-front fire pit, soak in some rays on the daybed or chaise lounges. Fully Stocked kitchen, Smart tv's, and games!
The home is set up with a smart lock. The code will be sent to you along with check-in instructions the day prior to your arrival. Check-in is at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM.
The home is in a gated community and we will need their first and last names of the guests who will be parking overnight.

PARKING:
There is NO street parking allowed unless we SAFELIST the vehicle with security. There is parking for about 2 cars in the driveway and 1 space in the garage. All cars must first utilize the garage and driveway first before parking in the street. If you end up parking on the street with permission, you must park in with the flow of traffic. If you park in the street and do not follow this rule or if you park in the street without permission from the property manager, it is a $200 fee per car per day.
When parking in the street please provide the first and last name of the vehicle owner, make, and model, color, and license plate to the property manager.
-The pool can be heated for $50 per day.
-We have a $150 pet fee. Please contact host about multiple pets
-The city of Indio prohibits any amplified music. Any outdoor speakers are prohibited. If we receive a noise complaint or citation, it will be passed along to the guest.
