Solar heated Pool, .75mt to a depth of 1.5mt making it safe to play or swim in. Children can play safely, the villa is very secure with high hedging around the perimeter and a gated entrance. The terraces are south facing, there are plenty of sun beds and parasols and a pergola for those requiring shade in the heat of the midday sun.. charcoal barbecue on your private terrace for villa use only with wooden table & seating for 6. The villa is well maintained and provides all the home comforts you would expect including Android TV. Please note there are no extras for anything ie safe, wi fi and air con. Prices quoted for weekly rates are for up to 4 guests £75 per week each extra person for up to 6 guests also please be aware if you pay by credit card extra charges that incur are at your cost
