Superb villa at just 10 km from the beaches of Viareggio, on the first hill towards Massarosa.
This holiday home is an old Tuscan stone farmhouse, with an outbuilding, that can accommodate up to 9 people and is surrounded by a private olive grove, which enjoys a beautiful view over Lake Massaciuccoli.
It consists of a main house, furnished with great taste, with fine decorations full of history, and paintings that tell the story of the area, and of an outbuilding.
From the large garden, furnished with gazebo, barbecue, children’s playground, sun loungers and a hydromassage tub (4 people, open 15/5-15/10), you access the beautiful olive grove, which winds itself up the hillside and from where you can enjoy beautiful views. The fragrant, aromatic plants and the lighting turn the garden into an enchanted place, where one can engage in reading one of the many books available in the house or savour a good wine.
The main house is accessed through a beautiful porch, ideal for al-fresco dining.

Ground floor: large living room, reading area, and dining area with large table, kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine) with fireplace, a study with a single sofa bed, and a half-bathroom.
First floor: double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and hydromassage tub.
Attic floor: large living room with fireplace, small kitchen, dining area, terrace ideal for enjoying meals with a view over the olive grove, a half-bathroom and two balconies overlooking the lake.
In the outbuilding, 110 sqm, there is a fully equipped gym and a kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
