3 Bedroom Condo in Davie

My 2 story corner unit condo is 2-5 minute walk to Nova University College of Medicine and Miami Dolphin Training Center and Store. It is 5-8 miles from Super Bowl stadium. It is a small, 30 unit complex of families including tennis court, pool under repair, free parking. Inside unit are 2 bikes (may need to use bike pump for tires) and locks for use. This is not a party spot and the association has strict rules about noise and loitering. My home has an exterior surveillance system, hurricane shutters, and keypad lock. The two upstairs bedrooms include a king bed with memory foam mattress, a full size bed, and a twin pull out sleeper love seat. Downstairs has a full size pullout sofa as well as 2 extension chaises. I am limiting to 6 to discourage large groups/party events. Each bedroom has own bathroom and large closet. I have professional cleaners come weekly. I have not had anyone rent here before. There are games in the closet, magazines under tv, free weights, bikes, and floats in office area. Nice new tiled floors and premium appliances as well as W/D in unit and outside balconies.
