Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Rooms were clean and well presented resulting in a comfortable stay.
Negative: Went for a swim in the pool and noticed there was a considerable amount of trash in the pool area including broken glass and bottles right near the entrance gate. I reported it to the Asian/Indian man in reception saying I felt it needed urgent attention in case anyone such as children cut their foot on the broken glass which was hard to see because it was clear. He seemed disinterested so I emphasised again the importance of it requiring urgent attention. I happened to walk past the pool area the next day and noticed the trash and broken glass was still there. I hate to think what this says about the management of this facility.
Summary: Good rooms, nice hotel. Staff seemed very disinterested in basic care and management of the hotel.
