Positive: Good location, close to train station, nice area. Apartment in an old building converted into separate rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom - most of the building and the apartment looks nice. Excellent value for money.
Negative: My room (no. 4, single with two beds squeezed in, next to the bathroom) needs a major refresh: noisy (squeaky) doors, stains on the walls, hard beds. The bathroom also looks old and bad, used up a lot, looks as if it was done quickly, with holes left in the walls. Also only 1 bathroom and toilet for 4 rooms so I had to wait quite long to use it. Sound insulation was poor.
