Tank Tops & Flip Flops! A super fun 4 bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom house in Chandler with a sparkling heated pool, above-ground spa and tropical backyard! Entertainers' backyard with a BBQ Grill, fire pit, sun loungers, yard games and comfortable patio furniture. Great family-fun home that offers a game room with 3 arcade games ( Pac Man, NBA Jam and X-Men), a foosball table, and a private bar! The bar includes a full bar kit for entertaining and mixing up your favorite cocktails! Sleeps up to 10 people and had two master suites! Downstairs and upstairs master suites include queen-sized beds. The lower master bedroom has patio pool access. The upper master bedroom shares the upper balcony with the third bedroom, where guests can enjoy a view of the sparkling pool and tropical backyard paradise! Third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the 4th bedroom has 2 full-sized beds.
Fantastic Area! Located in Chandler, AZ, a well-manicured city with tons of great attractions. Close to Chandler Fashion Square Mall (5 mins) which includes a plethora of stores and restaurants such as Firebirds Wood Fire Grill, Cheesecake Factory, Benihana's, Abuelos, etc! Venture off to Downtown Chandler where you'll find tons of nightlife, bars, restaurants and entertainment. Downtown Chandler also offer's a Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. Many stores close by such as Costco, Target, Walmart, Frys Food & Drugs, Sprouts Farmer's Market, etc. Close to Intel Ocotillo Campus, Arizona State University (ASU).
December / Holiday Guests: This neighborhood puts on SPECTACULAR Christmas lights! It's a MUST SEE! Various blocks decorate their homes in Christmas light with thousands of lights and elaborate blow-up decorations. The whole neighborhood gets together to drink hot chocolate, walk around and look at lights and celebrate the season. It's truly an amazing experience to see.
** Electric pool heat is $65.00 per day. This heater will only heat to between 82-85 degrees when the ambient temperature outside is above 59 degrees. It is not effective in extremely cold temperatures and cannot be guaranteed to reach desired set temperature.
** No charge to use the recently added above-ground spa.
** No Garage Access -- Guests must park in the driveway or along side the street. Garage is locked off for owner's storage.
** No pets

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.

~The pool heat fee has an additional charge of $65/day plus tax. Inform the agent ahead of time to prepare.
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
