This 2 bed / 2.5 bath condo has a gas fireplace to put the exclamation point on any Telluride adventure. Throw in stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, leather luxury and wood floors throughout and you have a boutique basecamp in Telluride's central historic district!
THE SPACE:
This is a ground level property with easy access. This split level condo begins with an open floorplan that presents a full kitchen, breakfast bar, 1/2 bath, living room and small dining area. There is a gas fireplace and large south and west facing windows to frame in the space. The views from the dining room table are of the historic train depot, the ski area and Telluride's iconic Ballard Peak!
Downstairs there are two bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for guest use.
There is a small gym in the Gold Dust Building as well as ample ski and gear storage and boot warmers.
