Positive: Great location right near Clark's Market, the gondola, and 2 minute walk to the heart of downtown. The unit is great inside and has everything you need for a great stay in Telluride.
Negative: This is outside the host's control, but the building itself is pretty old and tattered. Walkways and access points are musty and pot smokey (it's Colorado, I get it), and the general feeling is that it's just heavily worn and tired. Again, inside is fine, but the overall building is in rough shape.
