Positive: Really helpful and friendly mother & daughter staff. We arrived late on Sunday night with no restaurants open nearby and she made us a dinner. Hotel is small but very comfortable. Nice garden and accept dogs without charge. Room good size and bed comfortable. Lovely views over open countryside. Great for dog walks

Negative: Somewhat remote and tucked away in a small village. Nothing much to do or anywhere to eat so a car is essential. Bathroom has curtain but no door which is less than comfortable.

Summary: Remote but very friendly and great value
