Positive: The location was excellent, in a quiet area near the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella supplied. Downstairs bathroom/shower great to wash the sand off before going inside. Super clean apartment and recently renovated/modern. Everything you could ask for was included including some welcome food supplies. Francesco was a wonderful host that allows pets. We were able to bring our dog which was one of the reasons we chose this apartment. He met us on arrival and answered all of our questions. We had a very positive stay.
Negative: The only thing that is only very slightly negative was the air conditioning. There was one air conditioner for the whole small apartment. If sharing with friends this could be an issue for your privacy because you have to sleep with the bedroom doors open to get the benefit of the cool air from the air conditioning.
Summary: Really great.
