Accommodating up to 6 travelers, you will find everything you need:
- In the kitchen: an oven, induction hobs, a kettle, a toaster, an espresso coffee machine, an iron with ironing board, and a washing machine;
- In the living room: an HD TV and a convertible sofa (literature enthusiasts can enjoy the numerous books available in the apartment);
- In the bathroom: an Italian-style shower with a hairdryer and all towels and bath sheets;
- And for your nights: 2 beautiful bedrooms equipped with high-quality bedding (queen size 160x200cm and one 140x200cm). We will have prepared your beds before your arrival and will provide additional duvets and pillows.

We accept your animal companions (dogs and cats) under the following conditions:
- Maximum weight of 10kg
- Corresponding documentation of the animal is required (veterinary card)
- Supplement of 10 euros per animal/night
- Always upon prior request.
In case of damage or additional cleaning, fees will be applied.

In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages.
## Access
When you come to stay with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation. Parking is payable around the accommodation from 9 am to 12 pm, and then from 2 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles. A little trip to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! Trams and buses are also a good way to get around and discover the city. The nearest underground parking to the accommodation is Les Halles (Volcan) - €6.90 for 12 hours, then €0.10/15min extra. Weekly package €23.

## Neighborhood
The apartment is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Le Havre: Île Saint-François. You can enjoy the friendliness of its inhabitants, its fishing port, its many restaurants, its Art and History museums, and its numerous pre-war remains integrated into a rebuilt architecture that stands out from the rest of the city.
Located in the historic center, you can easily walk to all the points of interest in the city.
## Notes
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical reception will take place between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to better organize the key handover.
Departure: Between 8 am and 11 am.
We do our best to reserve a quality welcome for you. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged €20, to be paid by the rental platform, in cash upon your arrival, or debited from your deposit.
In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen events.
A valid ID may be requested upon entering the premises. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.
If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
