In this house you enjoy a lovely studio including a living part. Besides you will have the privacy of your own kitchenette and a wealthy bathroom.

The Space:

You're staying in a stylish setting with a cosmopolitan social designed interior. Everything is there to give you the feeling you deserve the best and is made to create a better world. The interior is classy black. The paint used are natural and the materials are eco-friendly. The traditional Amsterdam black beams embrace the white glass Hungarian chandelier. The black oak floor with the classy pattern fits with the large black windows that provides you with a wonderful view of the canal. When you open the windows there is the French balcony where you van sip from your drink in the sun. Please be aware that it is not possible to cook in the kitchen as this is not allowed by the Amsterdam municipality.

You enjoy the fair products we offer you to make your stay great. In the luxury black bathroom a great shower is waiting for you. The black Indonesian natural stone sink is placed on a concrete base with a cool black tab.
The interior is designed by SOSial Spaces and only natural products gives you the best feeling you can have. Our own social designed objects as well as design from Dutch designers gives you a very special experience.
What makes your stay even more special is that all the social designed products that your enjoying is for sale. So you can continue at home the experience you had in this special environment.
The Neighborhood:
Did you knew the Amsterdam canals are one of the most sustainable areas in the world. Since ages people live there fruitfully in an environment that creates an ideal atmosphere to comfort the human being. Living in the space you rented your part of that special habitat. Its a unique quiet area that feels like a village. People living here walk around with their dogs and children play on the street.
Around the corner there is one of the best shopping streets in town. The Utrechtsestraat offers you restaurants, bars and authentic shops that gives that unique feeling. Here the real Amsterdam spirit fills the street.
Next to your place there is the secret treasure the romantic square the Amstelveld where the old white wooden church rules and looks over the wide square where the old trees flourish. On the terrace behind the white wooden bench you can join a typical Dutch warm chocolate or a real bitterbal. On the Mondays there is an intimate flower market and in the summer an antique market.
The center of the center is 10 minutes walking. There you will find all the big shops and the popular Amsterdam touristic must sees. Also the museum district wrapped around the Museumsquare is 10 minutes walk. There you find famous museums such as the Van Gogh Museum ,the Stedelijk Museum and the Rijksmuseum.
Getting Around:

Parking in Amsterdam is expensive, so we advise you to park your car at a P&R and take the public transport from there.
Other Things to Note:
Please keep the heating low due to the developments in the gas industry. We want to think about the environment and create attention for Ukraine by sitting in the cold together. We're stronger together!
Due to legal requirements in relation to the bed & breakfast permit granted by the city council of Amsterdam it is not possible to lock your room door. However, the main entrance to the building of course can be closed.
Freshly made up beds and crispy towels will be waiting for you upon arrival.
If you wish to check-in to the apartment between 20:00/8PM and 08:00/8AM, this is possible. Due to the late hour we do charge an extra fee of 25 euros between 20:00-23:00 or 50 euro’s between 23:00-08:00. Thank you for your understanding!
