This one bedroom cottage has been restored with modern comfort and style. Walk to great restaurants, local bars, art galleries, the minor league baseball park, and shopping or simply relax on the front porch and greet the locals.
The cottage has a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom. **NO Washer/Dryer** A small front porch for relaxing and a fenced courtyard in back for relaxing outdoors.
