The Chalet on West Park is a spacious six-bedroom, four-bathroom home located just off the access road (one mile from the base lodges) and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, and nightlife options. It features many amenities including an oversized back deck w/ hot tub and BBQ grill; a new fully stocked kitchen; a basement game room with billiards table; and a large living room area with HDTV and cable package. There are 16 total beds in the house and can fit large groups very comfortably.
This Killington chalet offers a great combination of central location, very comfortable accommodations, and abundant amenities. We are situated right off the access road: one mile from the base lodges, and short walking distance to a number of Killington restaurants, shops, and nightspots.
There are six furnished bedrooms, four remodeled bathrooms, cathedral ceilings in the great room, a game room to retire to downstairs, and a sprawling deck in the back. Amenities include two large HDTVs, a classic drop-pocket pool table, a well-maintained 5-person hot tub, BBQ grill, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and much more.
Regardless of whether for a getaway group of families, friends, or professionals, we're sure you'll be more than satisfied with the whole package the house offers.
• The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (mid-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand use of hot tub and sauna is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. You can contact us for a custom quote before booking.
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please and for contactless check in and out.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have a Nest camera in the living room under the TV. We disconnect this when we have guests. Please feel free to cover it if you are more comfortable.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use NoiseAware, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
