Summary: I didn’t stay at this listing. I booked it several months prior to graduation weekend, but discovered the day of travel it was double booked via another rental site. I’m so grateful I figured this out prior to arrival, so the property owner could address the error. They were as accommodating as they could be the day of LSU graduation, and put me in a two bedroom condo. It wasn’t ideal as we were a party of 5, but we made it work. The new condo was very nice, very clean and well stocked. The owner followed up to make sure we got into the property without problems, and she was very easy to reach. Mixed review overall, as I would have preferred not having a heart attack the weekend of graduation, but was pleased with the solution provided. My apologies to owner for using some pretty bad language- I was pretty stressed out :-/
