It's a truly magical retreat nestled in the heart of St Andrews Beach, just moments away from the surf at Gunnamatta and Rye. With subtropical gardens reminiscent of Byron Bay and sweeping views over a sparkling crystal blue pool and the treetops of local ti-trees and moonahs, this beach house is pure heaven.
Elevated and sun-drenched, it offers the perfect coastal escape, blending playful design with serene natural beauty.

From cosy soft furnishings to creatively arranged furniture, the decor inspires a whimsical, dreamy atmosphere. Simply flop into the large sofa and instantly relax in a home that caters for all the seasons with its large central fireplace to its private elevated deck for drinks watching the sunset.
The house has four bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with a walk-in robe and ensuite complete with a double shower. A second bedroom also boasts its own ensuite, while the third and fourth bedrooms share a sleek, centrally located bathroom.
The kitchen is a chefs dream, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and stylish concrete benchtops, all overlooking one of the many sun-soaked decks perfect for entertaining.
