The State Capitol, Waterloo Park and amphitheater, Moody Center and basketball arena, UT Campus and football stadium, 6th Street District and Rainey Street district are all just a 10-20 minute walk away. And if that all seems too good to be true, you are also a 15-minute drive away from the airport.
The home features picture windows throughout, polished concrete floors, soaring ceilings in the main living room, boutique hotel inspired sleeping spaces, a 65” OLED Smart TV, and Gigabit mesh wifi.
Downstairs, enjoy the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Caesarstone countertops and stainless-steel appliances, perfect for whipping up a feast or just hanging at the island for snacks and drinks. The downstairs floor plan is completely open, a perfect spot to gather with friends and family, or pre-game before heading out for a night on the town.
Once you ascend the floating staircase, you are welcomed into a sprawling private retreat. The Master Suite has tons of natural light with a king bed, private luxury bath with river rock walk-in shower, and a breathtaking view of the Austin skyline. This suite also has a futon outfitted with a generous memory foam topper for plush comfort.
Additional guest quarters consist of two bedrooms, a full bath, and a second living room. The Blue Room has a king bed, a generous work desk, private access to the balcony, and a beautiful view over the mature oaks in the front yard. The Yellow Room has 2 twin beds and a work desk. A second living room separates the 2 guest bedrooms, and offers a pull out sofa that converts into a memory foam-topped Queen bed. This bed can be fully enclosed by blackout noise-dampening curtains for privacy and comfort. No bedrooms share a wall, so your group has plenty of room to spread out. A huge balcony with ample plush seating and a comfortable hammock completes the upstairs guest experience.
The Eastsider has a lot to offer inside, but this home's outdoor spaces really make it shine. As you slide open a wall of glass doors, the living area spills out into a stunning lush oasis. Your whole crew can relax in the backyard, with its large outdoor dining area and comfortably furnished deck arranged around an oversized gas fire table - perfect for a creating a cozy evening atmosphere. Fire up the gas grill and flip some burgers, or have a glass of wine over a game of giant Jenga – with a space this inviting, you might be late for you dinner reservation!
If you're into more of a front yard vibe, the Eastsider has you covered, too. The oversize front yard has a swing and a large turf-covered game field with a Cornhole set up. Summary: We had a great experience with this whole process. The property manager was very communicative and even sent someone to fix the shower head during our stay. It was clean, modern, and had a great outdoor dining space! The only recommendation I have would be to help guide renters to where the driveway is located :)
