Newly renovated modern, two bedroom (two beds) one bath with easy accessible walk-in shower (no bathtub) ranch home with large fully fenced in backyard/patio. New (2023) organic/non-toxic king and queen mattresses and bedding. Centrally located. 10 miles from SRQ airport. 2 miles from Pinecraft. 8 miles from world famous siesta key beach. 8 miles from Lido Beach. 6 miles from downtown Sarasota. 9 miles from St Armand’s Circle. And MORE!
-No pets, candles, artificial fragrances, chemicals or smoking in the home (no smoking includes the patio!) This is a chemical sensitive home as it serves as our home away from home, whom members of this family have severe sensitivities. This also allows us to provide a safe home for others who also have sensitivities, or simply those who wish to avoid chemicals. We supply all cleaning supplies (dishwasher detergent, multipurpose cleaner, laundry detergent etc…) Please do not use (including but not limited to) perfume, cologne, aerosol sprays, bleach, unapproved laundry detergent/soap or unapproved cleaning supplies…in our home.
-Security cameras on the outside of property in use. This is for your protection and ours. There are cameras at both entrances to the front of the house and into the backyard. They only record when motion is detected.
-Weekly trash and recycling pick up by the city is done on Monday mornings. If you are here over a Sunday night to Monday morning, the trash bins from the side of the house need to be pulled to the front curb. We can offer to have this done for you on Sunday night if you are unavailable to do so, however we respect your privacy and prefer you to do it yourself. We will send you a reminder on Sunday night at 5 PM.
-We ask that you respect the fact that our home is in a residential area with working people, families and children, many of whom are our friends, including friends who live next door. Be aware of the city noise ordinance between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM. If violated, you may be subject to a visit by the police if a complaint is made by neighbors and you may be asked to vacate the property immediately.
